As a privately owned company, Skymasts Antennas Limited has operated for over 20 years within the global wireless radio communications industry. Skymasts Antennas Limited was formed solely on the principal of its capability to design and produce antenna products that would offer outstanding quality, reliability, and performance, in addition to providing a much wider choice of products than other quality global antenna manufacturers.

Partly acquired by Allgon System AB of Sweden in 1991, with a deal that included the transfer of all original Allgon LMR products and designs to Skymasts, the company expanded significantly and increased its global presence with the reputation for quality that Allgon upheld.

In 2006, Skymasts acquired the shareholding back from the new owners of Allgon, namely that of, Powerwave Inc, concluding in full independent operational status.

The original Allgon LMR product range is still manufactured at Skymasts and over the past 10 years this range has seen significant developments and an increase in the product portfolio.

Today, Skymasts continues to develop and grow its already extensive products portfolio, from its own purpose built manufacturing and design facility encompassing industry sectors such as; Aviation, Broadcast, public transport, defence, PMR, DMR, P25, LMR, P25, TETRA, WMeter, WLAN and DAB to name but a few.

Skymasts designs and manufactures a vast portfolio of wireless base station and vehicular based antenna products within the frequency ranges between 25MHz and 5.8GHz.

Additionally, complementing the antenna products our portfolio includes a wide range of Power Splitters, Antenna Mounting Clamps & Installation Hardware, Coaxial Cables, connectors and coaxial cable installation hardware. 

Coaxial Cable, Connectors and Cable Assemblies 

As the sole UK distributor and stockholder of Kabelwerk Eupen AG Coaxial Cable products, Skymasts stocks a vast range of Coaxial cable products and Leaky Feeder, including a significant stock range of connectors and coaxial cable installation hardware.
 

Skymasts also facilitate a low cost automated production capability at its manufacturing facility to provide high quality cable assemblies; including PIM tested low loss jumper cables for TETRA radio applications. In-line surge and lightning protection products are also stocked and available for a multitude of coaxial cable types and applications.
